Art, Glorious Art

~~ A rare, quiet moment at the Art Fair ~~
This weekend marked the 51st annual Sierra Madre Art Fair, brought to us by, and benefitting, the Friends of the Sierra Madre Library.  Yesterday was warm and bright, and the crowds were as abundant as the sun.  I drove past at High Noon and, luckily I wasn't trying to park, because that would not have been an option.  Today, we stopped in during the late afternoon and, although things were beginning to wrap up, it looks like the clouds and gloomy weather were no deterrent for the happy art shoppers.  There were people everywhere, browsing and buying handmade pottery, jewelry, and prints (galore!).  It looks like a great weekend was had by one and all.
