Invigoration

~~ A view from the gas pumps at Baldwin & Sierra Madre, during a recent rain ~~
“On the fifth day, which was a Sunday, it rained very hard.
I like it when it rains hard. It sounds like white noise everywhere,
which is like silence but not empty.”

~~ Mark Haddon, "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night"

70% chance of rain today.  Rain can be invigorating.
Especially in small doses...  Stay dry, everyone!

    1. I think we enjoy the same books, Lulu! ...and thanks! I've been resorting to the iPhone regularly, since my camera has been having problems. It really seems to grab the light!

  8. Great photo - I like the rain now and again. The book was very good, especially the audio version, done with different voices. It helped me appreciate me how an autistic child thinks and feels.
